What We Do
Sponsors of qualified retirement plans delegate to us the responsibility of performing the investment due diligence that is required under ERISA, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
This includes:
- Developing an investment policy statement (IPS)
- Creating a diverse investment menu for plan participants
- Monitoring and managing plan investments in ever changing markets
- Help educate plan participants on retirement savings and investing
As a 3(38) Investment Manager, we take full responsibility and liability for the selection and monitoring of the investments offered as options within the plan.
We help improve retirement outcomes for your employees, and reduce your exposure to fiduciary liability.
How We Do It
We are a member of Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG), a national alliance that provides premier technology and resources to firms like ours.
Our experienced independent Investment Committee leverages RPAG tools and resources to provide both quantitative and qualitative due diligence in a consistent and objective manner, and deliver ongoing reporting to plan sponsors that properly documents the results of the due diligence.
